I like to work with people who feel “stuck"; stuck in addictive or self-sabotaging patterns of behavior, stuck in harmful relationships, stuck in paralyzing anxiety, stuck in the pit of depression, or just stuck in life in general. While it can sometimes feel like there is a great chasm separating us from the lives we long to live, often the most challenging obstacle standing in our way is our own self.
Informed by my backgrounds in philosophy and neuroscience, I bring curiosity and truth to bear on the lives of my clients to help them discover the meaning of their experiences.
