Hello! My name is Stephen (he/him), and I enjoy working with clients who are looking for support with anxiety/overall stress, depression, and attention/concentration difficulties. I believe in meeting clients where they are at, creating a supportive and trusted environment, and helping individuals develop comfortability in therapy while working on concrete skills for handling the challenges of life. I have experience and pride in helping people use evidence based skills and strategies in an accessible way to purposefully handle difficult thoughts, urges, and life transitions.
In sessions, I value authenticity, empathy, and humor. I also enjoy working with clients as they navigate stress/anxiety, low energy, ADHD symptoms, and how they all can impact life. When possible, I also appreciate being able to help people navigate different life transitions.
