I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing near Hillsboro Village. I offer premarital (as well as pre-engagement) and marital counseling, Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFT), trauma recovery, grief and loss, relationship issues, and personal growth. Also EMDR certified to help process traumatic experiences.
I really enjoy helping people who feel stuck in life move through difficult seasons. Life can be difficult with unexpected changes and loss. I want to help with insights, wisdom and perhaps a new perspective for you to understand how to move forward on your journey in a healthy way.
