Life can feel almost impossible sometimes, like no one prepared us for all the ways hope, despair, love, uncertainty and the need for recognition get tangled together. Sometimes talking to someone helps. I work from a place of profound care and curiosity to support you to clarify more fully: who you are, what you dream and how you can feed that. I specialize in working with gifted and highly sensitive adults and teens to navigate histories of complex trauma and chart authentic, new expressions of creativity and desire. I do this work because life is happening now and not one second of it can ever be gotten back.
My life's passion is to support you to live more freely. What has shaped me the most as a therapist is my experience of living deeply with the unconscious, with loss and with mystery. I offer depth-oriented psychotherapy and Lacanian psychoanalysis as a reflection of my values and my sense of care.
