I have been practicing therapy since 2012. I am an Emotionally Focused therapist as well as a DBT therapist working on mindfulness in individuals and children. I work to implement such therapies with children, adults, couples, and families that are challenged with depression, anxiety, bullying, child abuse, and emotional cycles that prevent healing.
