Feeling stuck with a life issue or feeling overwhelmed? You have taken the first step realizing you may need assistance, and you want your life to be better. As Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado, I have had opportunities to work with individuals, couples, teens, and families. Areas of interest, experience has been helping clients build resiliency after traumatic events.
Trauma events: death, separations, losses, grief, auto crashes, combat. My passion working, service members & families, Wounded Warriors, building communication skills w/couples, helping parents.
