Whether you are navigating a late-in-life AuDHD diagnosis, RSD (Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria), or sensory burnout, you deserve a space where you don't have to "mask." To better serve our community, I supervise Nat, a therapist who deeply understands that there isn't one "right" way for the body and brain to work.

As a Queer therapist like me, Nat specializes in the intersection of neurodivergence and identity. She is an expert guide for couples, immigrants, and BIPOC clients navigating anxiety and relational pain.
