I hope to provide a welcoming and judgment free space for you to work through the struggles of trauma. I specialize in working with Anger Management, Men's Issues, and Trauma; but I welcome work with people from all walks of life. The goal is for you to understand and accept yourself in order to better work through your anxieties, both in and out of therapy. Whatever you are struggling with, you and I will work toward you becoming the best version of yourself.

I specialize in working with Men's Issues, Anger Management, Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma. I primarily work in person for those in the Fort Worth area, but accept virtual clients across the state of Texas.

I strive to make therapy accessible and welcoming so you can work through the challenges that keep you from living as your best self. Whether you are dealing with Anger Management, Trauma (recent or from childhood), Men's Mental Health Issues, or struggles which are hard to name; I offer a safe, judgement-free space to explore and heal.
