The focus of my practice is children, families and young adults. I have particular focus on working with ADHD, Learning Disabilities, behavioral problems, academic concerns, and developmental issues. I provide counseling and psychological testing; including ADHD and Learning Disability evaluations.
I received pre-doctoral training in psychological testing at The University of Memphis and completed a two-year Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the University of Michigan in diagnosing and treating Learning Disabilities.
I have 30+ years experience working with children, including 25+ years working in the public schools in Michigan as a classroom teacher, guidance counselor, and psychologist.
In addition to being a licensed psychologist, I am also a certified K - 8 teacher in Michigan. I have in depth knowledge of Special Education laws and procedures and how these can benefit your child.
