I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing individual and family counseling to adults. My passion is to help people learn how to discover happiness and healthy living with the right amount of insight and understanding. I have an interest in working with broken relationships, addictions, past abuse, isolation, and loneliness. I believe that therapy can help overcome feeling fearful and unsure about life's challenges. I also am the co-host and co-founder of the Psychology of Play Podcast which focuses on today's topics related to improved mental health and well-being.
Stephen also provides EMDR, NLP and Sports Psychological Peak Performance therapy, Stephen has successfully used EMDR and NLP for athletes in conjunction with talk therapy on the actual field or court of play. Stephen is a former USPTA tennis professional and NCAA Division 1 tennis player for the University of Central Florida. .
