I work with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families, with a strong focus on young people experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional distress, and behavioral challenges. Many clients come in due to school-related concerns such as declining grades, difficulty concentrating, school refusal, or peer conflict, as well as struggles with low self-esteem, stress, or emotional regulation. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT, exposure therapy, DBT-informed skills, and parent coaching, I help clients and families build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges in children, adolescents, and young adults. My work integrates CBT, exposure-based therapy, DBT-informed skills, and parent management strategies to improve emotional regulation, reduce avoidance, and strengthen relationships at home and school.
