I specialize in treating OCD and work extensively with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and couples therapy. I also offer unique opportunities for group therapy for those wanting to understand recurring patterns in relationships and pursue deeper, lasting change. I am currently accepting clients for my individual therapy waitlist, immediate openings for group therapy clients, and I also supervise a clinician in my practice who is accepting individual referrals, including for OCD. If you’ve tried therapy before and are looking for thoughtful, engaged, and compassionate care, I’d be glad to help you take the next step.
I help people with OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), an evidence-based approach that reduces fear by changing how you relate to it. In my training, I also help clients find hidden emotional patterns that can shape relationships and self-esteem. This supports meaningful and lasting change through better self-understanding.
