I have a specialty and expertise in treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, especially intrusive thoughts associated with OCD. I have helped many people free themselves of their OCD symptoms! I am trained in Exposure Response Prevention, and will support you 100% of the way. While you're waiting to begin therapy, I offer skills groups to get you started!
