Are intrusive thoughts, anxiety, or past trauma weighing you down? You’re not alone. I specialize in working with OCD and anxiety, including intrusive thoughts, uncertainty, and “what if” thinking that can feel hard to escape. I also support clients with trauma, phobias, and body-focused repetitive behaviors like hair-pulling and skin-picking. My goal is to help you change your relationship with these experiences so they no longer control your life.
I offer virtual therapy for clients in both Texas and Colorado, making it easier to access specialized care wherever you are. I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold standard for OCD, along with EMDR to help process stuck experiences and reduce anxiety.
