I primarily work with clients who are diagnosed with PTSD, but I frequently provide treatment for depression, anxiety, and adult ADHD as well. I believe in a holistic approach to counseling that prioritizes the relationship between the therapist and the client while utilizing CBT, psychoeducation, mindfulness techniques, and coping skills to improve the client's ability to lead a happy and fulfilling life.
