When you join NOCD, you'll either work with me directly or be paired with one of my highly skilled colleagues, depending on what works best for you. I’m all about psychoeducation and collaboration. I’ll help you understand OCD and depression, and explain why we use certain techniques in therapy. I’ll never ask you to do an activity I wouldn’t do myself.
