Have you ever felt like you are on a boat lost at sea and you don't know where to turn? There are unexpected life events for human beings that can cause sudden stress, trauma, and challenges in their daily life. Without support some people have no place to turn and they feel hopeless and lost. A change in course cannot occur without action and calling in for support is the first step and sometimes the hardest step. Here at a "safe harbor" you can find respite, guidance, support, and encouragement to work through your challenges and find the inner strength to empower yourself to manifest what you need and your destiny.
I provide counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults in a friendly, non-judgmental, and supportive office setting. My clinical approach is integrative in nature. I utilize traditional and alternative therapeutic techniques. I provide clinical assessments and refer to Psychiatrists/APRN for medical management. I partner with EAP services.
Sometimes we say, "I am so tired of this." I believe understanding and empathy are key tools to help clients facilitate positive changes in their lives. Taking time out to work on self-discovery can lead to a path of happiness and clarity. I provide Reiki sessions, deep breathing and guided meditations that often leads to calmness, well-being, and healing.
