Mindful Self-Compassion

Group meets once/week for 10 weeks, July 27th to October 5th. It is devoted to the learning and practicing of mindfulness and the development of self-compassion which can help one develop a healthy relationship to one's thoughts, emotions, and sense of self. In the group, we will study and discuss the book, the mindful path to self-compassion, by Christopher Germer, PhD., learn and practice mindfulness and self-compassion skills, and share experiences. Fee is $200 with a commitment for the entire 10 weeks required. Required book: the mindful path to self-compassion by Germer.
