I've worked to build a practice that is empowering, collaborative, and human. I am grateful for every client I see, because I believe that there's something powerful about giving my clients a place where they know they will be heard and accepted no matter what. I love working with clients of all ages, whether that means doing talk therapy for adults or adolescents, working with couples, or doing play therapy with children. It's my passion to help people find wholeness and balance.
I especially enjoy working with underdogs: people who have a hard time finding a place to belong, who are lonely or marginalized for whatever reason. My background prepares me to serve adults and children with anxiety, depression, anger, grief, ADHD, peer and family relationship struggles, stress, behavioral issues, and poor self-concept.
I've worked in residential treatment centers, private practice, and non-profit settings, where I've served clients with mental health disorders, addictions, hallucinations, abuse, and severe childhood trauma.
