I am passionate about serving others by integrating the best mental health practices. I offer spiritual care if requested. As a Licensed Counselor supervisor, Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor and a Minister. I provide care to anyone who wants to grow in person and through HIPPA secure teletherapy. I address a range of mental health concerns, life transitions, relationship issues, and trauma and can integrate clinical counseling and theology. I combine research based psychology with a Christian perspective of suffering, hope, and redemptive love on request. EMDR, Gottman, EFT, ACT and narrative therapy are methods I practice.
