I am a native Texan who served in the U.S. Army for 21 years as a Mental Health Specialist, Special Forces Medical Sergeant, and 13 years as a Federal Investigator. Having served in the military and federal civilian workforce I personally understand the stresses that effect our lives and the lives of our children and loved ones.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, and a National Certified Counselor. I use talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and mindfulness interventions.
