I assist people that are going through difficult life changes and have past trauma(s) they need to talk through that may be causing them distress. I help people that are having a difficult time with relationships, self-acceptance, shame, addiction and low self-esteem. My typical client is an adult that may be struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD addiction or are struggling with symptoms associated with bipolar disorder. I am a person centered therapist that helps my client find the abilities to process and work through their life struggles while also offering them tools that may help them in their time of need. I have experience working with people that suffer from depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD or have difficulty in social situations or environments (school, home, etc).
Though I am a counselor and take your needs and/or discomforts very seriously, I do find it beneficial to also have some fun or stimulating conversation with my clients.
