In my late 20s, I felt helplessly lost. Overwhelmed by pain and fear—knowing I was meant for more but unsure how to get there. With guidance, I found my way to a more authentic, self-led life. My mission as a therapist is to help others discover their unique path to wholeness, fulfillment, and deep connection. I believe in our innate ability to heal, rewrite our inner story, and reconnect with a sense of self that feels whole, fulfilled, and deeply connected.
My approach is relational and integrative, rooted in curiosity, presence, and humor. I specialize in helping adults navigate life's challenges and move through places that feel impossibly stuck. With Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems therapy, I support clients in building compassionate connections with all parts of themselves.
I also provide ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) for those seeking deeper self-exploration. As a KAP therapist since 2021, I've witnessed its ability to spark rapid healing and change where other treatments have fallen short.
