As a psychologist, I'm very interested in getting to know you as best as possible so that together we can work toward improving your quality of life. I specialize in adults and teenagers experiencing men's health issues, addictions, depression, anxiety, trauma, & complex PTSD. I also offer forensic services including law enforcement evaluations (POST appeals only), and evaluations for immigration & LGBT asylum.
My approach combines my professional experience, your values and preferences, and scientific research. I use a trauma-sensitive approach as a CCTP-II certified provider, inviting you to practice breathwork, meditation, and visualization. I also work with Naturopathic Doctors to offer complementary, evidence-based herbal and nutritional treatment options.
My education was accredited by the American Psychological Association. I am personally connected to East Indian culture by birth. My practice is LGBT affirming, kink knowledgeable, poly aware, and has benevolent intentions for Pagans and “witchy” people. As an ally to the Native American Church, I offer limited free consultations to members of local tribes.
