About
I work with people who are feeling like they have nowhere else to turn. Whether it is an individual who is struggling to get through every day, or the couple who is on the brink of divorce. If you find yourself feeling like this, know that there is hope. I focus on helping people connect with themselves and with others, and through this connection we realize that just about anything is achievable. When we are healthily attached to ourselves and to others we can accomplish great things.
I am passionate about helping couples and families restore broken relationships and fully live into their potential. I am a firm believer in a warm and genuine approach to therapy, creating a therapeutic alliance that is built on trust and allowing you to fully participate in your own healing process.
My favorite part of being a therapist is seeing that moment when you recognize what it is that you need to change in your life. At this point, I am confident that you are able to identify the areas in your life that need work and are able to take firm steps towards healing. I look forward to working with you!
