About
You are the expert on yourself with unique perspectives and beliefs shaped by your own personal experiences. I invite you to lead me on a journey of what your life has been like so far, and in doing so reveal to me what you need to live at your full potential. From there we begin the next stage of your journey.
Above all I offer my full presence, care, and determination to work with you toward achieving your goals. Art therapy is optional. I highly encourage it because art combined with therapy allows you to be more fully seen and heard, illuminating what makes you unique and amplifying the strengths you possess.
Everything that hurts is part of the healing process. The challenge is in knowing how to accept and let go of thoughts and emotions that you'd rather not experience. I offer an array of tools to help you get through the hard parts. You may find some more effective than others, and you are always free to choose whether or not to keep them with you.
