Most of my clients come to me after trying therapy before. They're high-functioning on the outside, but internally they feel stuck—caught in patterns of anxiety, disconnection, or relationship dynamics that don't change, no matter how much insight they have. If that's you, we're not going to stay at the level of just talking. In our work together, we pay close attention to what's happening in real time—how your mind speeds up, where your body tightens, how you pull away or overextend in relationships. These aren't just symptoms; they're patterns shaped by past experiences still active now.
I use EMDR, DBT, IFS, and ACT—not in a rigid way, but to help you see and work with your patterns as they're happening. We'll address emotional regulation, boundaries, and relationship patterns, understanding why they exist and how to shift them without forcing or suppressing parts of yourself. Change becomes something you can feel in the moment.
I'm direct in session. If something is keeping you stuck, we'll name it. At the same time, I'm paying close attention to your pace and what actually feels safe to explore.
