Helping men with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life events, and helping them navigate the world through the male perspective is a passion of mine. I help men break the stigma of therapy to get the help they need and deserve. I help clients with issues such as depression, anxiety, personality disorders, addiction, anger management, family conflict, communication, trauma, behavioral concerns, relationship problems, and many more.
I use an integrative approach using various counseling styles including Solution Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT, Person-Centered, and Trauma Focused Therapy. I believe in assisting the client in exploring what the best approach will be for them and collaborating on treatment that will best suit their needs.
One of the most important aspects of counseling is to build a strong relationship between the client and the counselor. I strive to create a safe environment for the client to explore issues in their life and for the client to feel like they have an empathetic counselor assisting them.
