I specialize in helping men and woman who struggle with trauma and abuse issues that have manifested in sexual addiction, porn addiction, and other intimacy problems. My own story is one that has been impacted, and in many ways shaped by childhood abuse. The freedom I have seen, and continue to see as I walk through my own journey, is what drives me to help others step into freedom, finding again that joy for life.
I hold a Masters in Community Counseling with a dual emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist Supervisor (CSAT-S) and I'm proud to be the Program Director with an amazing team of other trauma and addiction professionals. I am a fully Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado.
Recovery is a holistic process, learning what it means to have a healthy sexuality and live from a place of freedom. True recovery is learning about oneself, connecting vulnerably and authentically with others, and living in the fullness of life every day.

Partners of Sex Addicts
For those wounded and traumatized by the choices, betrayals, and behaviors of their current or even past partners who are addicted to sexual behaviors. This is a supportive and therapeutic group that will provide you with structure and simple (though not always easy) and helpful guidance to bring back some sense of clarity, safety, and sanity to your life. Everyone in this group has experiences similar, though not the same, as yours and will welcome you to share your story or just sit and listen to theirs.
