I assist my clients in developing their personal boundaries and limitations required to establish their own equal "space" within relationships, and to achieve the necessary freedom from re-enacting their familial role and associated feelings with that role.
I pay close attention to how my clients unknowingly find themselves attracted to the same type of safe, but ultimately unsatisfying people and relational position, and provide a deeper understanding of the "purpose" this serves. Together we create a healthier pattern of relating with themselves, others, and the environment.
