Anxiety and unresolved trauma often show up this way, shaping how safe you feel, how you relate to others, and how much energy it takes to move through everyday life. These reactions aren’t random—they’re learned responses, and they can change. It is both my passion and clinical focus to help individuals work through anxiety, trauma, and the long-term effects they leave behind. I specialize in helping clients understand these patterns and gain control over those responses.

My work is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and informed by nervous-system regulation. As a bilingual (English/Spanish) Latina therapist, I’m especially attuned to cultural expectations, family roles, and the pressure to always be “the strong one.” Christian-friendly support is available when meaningful. Outside of therapy I am a mom of two.
