I work with adults and teens whose reactions feel automatic, intense, or confusing—not because something is wrong, but because these patterns were learned and are still being activated, and are not fully understood yet.
I specialize in patterns behind emotional and body-based reactions, especially when they feel automatic or hard to interrupt. Many were shaped by earlier experiences. We track what activates and reinforces them, then work in a gradual, structured way so those reactions lose intensity and begin to fade over time.
