Parent/Family Support Group
This group is for parents and family members who struggle with raising children with mental health and developmental challenges. Group sessions meet weekly in a supportive and non-threatening environment. Group is facilitated by Stephanie Zeman, M.Ed., MSW, LCSW, LCADC, who provides opportunities to explore strategies effective in navigating complex relationships. Stephanie has been interviewed as a subject expert in Everyday Health Magazine referencing Autism and other mental and emotional disabilities. Stephanie includes the exploration of coping strategies, empowerment, and emotional support. As family members and parents, we often find ourselves struggling with maintaining relationships outside of the one we have with our child.
