I have extensive experience treating clients with depression, anxiety, PPD/PPA, and trauma.
Whether you are pregnant for the first time, have suffered a miscarriage, are going through a challenging time in your marriage, have a past trauma, or are experiencing feelings of anxiety or depression with no known trigger, therapy can be a safe space for you to work through their emotions and build on coping strategies.
