I have over 25 years clinical experience helping teens, young adults, adults, and families. I offer an unbiased, non- judgemental, empathetic, warm professional environment. I work with all cultures, race, religious, spiritual, gender and sexual orientations.
I approach each individual uniquely. My experience has taught me to be eclectic with therapeutic modalities. I have training in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EMDR, and Solutions Focused Therapy. I also specialize working with LGBTQIA, helping each individual through every stage of their personal journey.
I especially enjoy working with teenagers and young adults. This stage in life can be very challenging. My expertise, experience and knowledge of coping skills , Anxiety and Mood Disorders, ADHD, Gender Dsyphoria, and life adjustment issues helps to give clients tools and skills that help them achieve their treatment goals.
