I work with clients of all ages, from 4 years old onward, and utilize evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, play therapy, and mindfulness techniques. I’m trauma-informed, goal-oriented, and committed to supporting long-lasting change.
