With almost a decade of experience in therapeutic practices, I am enthusiastic about fostering growth and healing. My journey began in a unique way—as a professional astrologer—where I developed a deep appreciation for the complexities of human experience. This passion inspired me to pursue a counseling degree from the California Institute of Integral Studies, a school known for its focus on transpersonal psychology. Later, I became trained in somatic EMDR and hypnotherapy, techniques that unlock the power of the subconscious mind. I believe that the challenges we face in life serve as vital components of our soul's evolution.

My clinical work started in school and agency settings dedicated to supporting children and families; here, I learned the importance of blending my mystical approach with the directive style often favored in these environments. As a result, I incorporate play and art therapy into my sessions, helping clients access the creative energy necessary for change.

I work with diverse ages and populations experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, complex trauma, and relational issues. I especially relish supporting LGBTQ+ and/or neurodivergent clients.
