I believe that every individual is the expert on their own life, memories, and identities. As every person is unique, I prefer to utilize an integrative approach that caters to a client’s needs. I gravitate towards strengths-based, person-centered, and psychodynamic approaches in conjunction with mindfulness practices. I like to work collaboratively with clients while making goals to ensure each client has intrinsically motivating and individualized care. I work with individuals at the pace that is comfortable for them to create a safe and empowering environment.
I like to support individuals in embracing their identities. I am particularly passionate in affirming neurodivergence and working with couples. I am currently a graduate student at New York University pursuing my degree in Mental Health Counseling.
