I believe that every individual is the expert on their own life, memories, and identities. As every person is unique, I prefer to utilize an integrative approach that caters to a client’s needs. I gravitate towards strengths-based, person-centered, and psychodynamic approaches in conjunction with mindfulness practices. I also pull techniques from internal family systems and gestalt therapy modalities.
I like to work collaboratively with clients while making goals to ensure each client has intrinsically motivating and individualized care. I work with individuals at the pace that is comfortable for them to create a safe and empowering environment.
