Therapy is a helpful resource for people who would like to improve their emotional health, relationships, self-esteem, coping skills, and overall well-being. My primary expertise is working with teens and young adults who have challenges related to mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, chronic illness, relational issues, and other stressors.
I have experience working with adults in behavioral health hospitals, as well as residential and outpatient settings. I also completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, where I specialized in adolescent and young adult mental health.
My therapeutic approach prioritizes collaboration, respect, empathy, and honesty. I aim to help people understand how their histories impact their present-day patterns, practice self-compassion amidst current challenges, and learn new ways of thinking and behaving that lead to improvement.
