Hi, I’m Steph (she/her). My counseling approach is grounded in the belief that we all have the inner wisdom to heal, change, and grow through life’s challenges, and sometimes that requires help. My client-centered, trauma-informed, and eclectic approach helps people find clarity about and compassion for the patterns and that keep them feeling stuck. I use Internal Family Systems and other creative, somatic, and experiential approaches that promote resilience and lasting emotional change. I am a Level 1 trained Internal Family Systems clinician.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults on a variety of topics including anxiety, ADHD, grief, loss, body image & food, aging, relationships, and major life transitions.
