I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona with nine years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked with individuals of all ages who have struggled with trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and mood dysregulation. I have helped many who have difficulties adjusting to school and work or finding their purpose in life.
I received my Master’s in Social Work from Loma Linda University. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, compassion-focused therapy, art therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness techniques, and faith-based approaches.
