I utilize a combination of EMDR, IFS, and ART (accelerated resolution therapy), cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, as well as somatic (body), solution-focused and person-centered therapies.
As many people do, I struggled to find my purpose in life. Through deep exploration and hard work, I was able to confront my problems and make meaning of the difficult experiences in my life.
