I use a mix of supportive techniques, mindfulness, CBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), always through a feminist and affirming lens. I specialize in working with women, fellow therapists, and members of the queer and trans communities — particularly around anxiety, ADHD, postpartum issues, and infertility or pregnancy loss.
