Therapy is a space where we work toward building trust, safety, and connection while supporting you in reconnecting with your inner strengths and deepening your connection with the calm, clarity, and confidence within. I work with adults navigating complex trauma, dissociation, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and life transitions. Through a trauma-informed, somatic, mind-body approach incorporating Internal Family Systems (IFS), I support clients in gaining insight, strengthening their relationship with themselves and others, and moving toward healing. Accepting clients In-Person in Bellingham, WA and by Telehealth state-wide.
My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and mindfulness to support deeper self-understanding, emotional awareness, and healing. IFS offers a compassionate framework for exploring the different parts of ourselves, creating opportunities for greater connection, resilience, and meaningful change. I am IFS Level 1 trained.
I have work with clients from a wide range of life circumstances and experiences. Attunement to individual client needs and concerns, as well as pacing and integrity are central to the way in which I practice. I truly enjoy this work and look forward to meeting with you.
