Therapy is a space where we work toward building trust, safety, and connection while supporting you in reconnecting with your inner strengths and deepening your connection with the calm, clarity, and confidence within. I work with adults navigating complex trauma, dissociation, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and life transitions. Through a trauma-informed, somatic, mind-body approach incorporating Internal Family Systems (IFS), I support clients in gaining insight, strengthening their relationship with themselves and others, and moving toward healing.

My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and mindfulness to support deeper self-understanding, emotional awareness, and healing. IFS offers a compassionate framework for exploring the different parts of ourselves, creating opportunities for greater connection, resilience, and meaningful change. I am IFS Level 1 trained.

I have work with clients from a wide range of life circumstances and experiences. Attunement to individual client needs and concerns, as well as pacing and integrity are central to the way in which I practice. I truly enjoy this work and look forward to meeting with you.
