I work with adults healing from religious trauma and complex relational patterns. Many of my clients are learning how to set boundaries, communicate more directly, and stop losing themselves in relationships. If you’re navigating faith deconstruction and purity culture, people-pleasing, or the impact of growing up in environments where love felt conditional, you’re not alone.
My specialty is religious trauma and complex trauma, and I take a deeper, more intentional approach to the work. I’m direct, sarcastic, and human in session—I’ll challenge the patterns that are keeping you stuck, but always in a way that’s collaborative and grounded in respect. I use IFS and EMDR to help you understand not just what’s happening, but why.
