Navigating Grief: Feb 2025 Online Grief Group

For those who have experienced the death of a loved one. Feb2025 4weeks Thursdays: Dates* 2/20, 2/27, 3/6, 3/13: 11:30am- 1pm. Themes: Identity Impact, Unfinished Business, Continuing Bonds, Coping. Grief Support Groups are a key support for people who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Adults 18+ who have experienced grief/loss. Individuals feeling stuck, frustrated, hopeless, confused, or tired of their grief. This type of support works well in addition to individual therapy. Investment $100 (includes 4- 90min group sessions) This will be a closed group (ie: same participants in all sessions)
