Maybe you’ve been in survival mode for so long that slowing down feels unfamiliar—maybe even unsafe.
I help women let go of perfectionism, heal long-held emotional wounds, and reconnect with the parts of themselves they've silenced. Many of the clients I work with are caregivers, professionals, or first responders/partners of first responders; strong for everyone else, yet craving a space where they can be seen, supported, and healed on their own terms.
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I offer a space where you can exhale—where you don’t have to perform, fix, or hold it all together.
