I have been told that I am calming, levelheaded, caring, and flexible. I work with clients of all ages utilizing an integrative, strengths-based, individualized approach to therapy, often combining concepts of self-compassion, mindfulness, and acceptance to help you attain your goals. I believe in helping you to flourish in your life, not just eliminate symptoms. I do this by helping you use your inner creativity, wisdom, resilience, appreciation, and courage to change your life.
I also complete psychological evaluations for DOPL, Reproductive Medicine Centers/Fertility Clinics (as is FDA-required/ASRM-recommended), and ADHD assessments for adults.
I have a special interest in helping teen girls and young adult women find their place in the world - managing excessive worry, low motivation, social challenges, poor sleep, and all other stress contributors. I have a strong understanding of the challenges of ADHD and how to build self-acceptance around neurodivergence.
