I primarily work with individuals experiencing low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, or trauma (PTSD). The negative beliefs we have about ourselves lie to us and create a false narrative that dictates our decisions, responses, and relationships. I like to help unpack those beliefs in a compassionate way that builds self-worth. I use your hobbies, passions, and dreams as resources as you explore the childhood experiences that have impacted your confidence and relationships.
I use a combination of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and motivational interviewing to get to the root of your symptoms. Over time, my clients learn new ways to self-regulate, get out of fight-or-flight mode, and overcome triggers. I intertwine traditional talk therapy with a holistic approach to build sustainable confidence.
