Hello and welcome! I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and have been practicing since 2022. Previously, I worked in public education as a K-12 school counselor (elementary, middle, and high school levels) starting in 2014. I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology, from California State University Long Beach, a master's in School Counseling from Lewis & Clark Graduate School, and am graduating with a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from Lewis & Clark Graduate School in Summer 2025. It is my belief that everyone is capable of learning and growth to reach an optimum state of being.
With my background in education and psychology, I have adopted an eclectic approach grounded in cognitive behavior therapy to meet each person's individual needs through a collaborative partnership. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, and trauma.
In my spare time I practice what I teach and stay active, get outside, read, try new things, and always keep learning. I also enjoy spending time with my family and three dogs.
